The Fine Print

DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS:

• All reservations require a basic deposit of $100 per room. There may be special holidays or other dates where we may require a larger deposit. Deposits are refundable with 21 days notification. If cancellation is received less than 21 days in advance, we will hold the deposit for 1 year to rebook. Cancellation with less than 72 hours notice will result in forfeiture of deposit. There may be special non-refundable holidays. We will notify you of this at time of making reservations.
• We accept cash, travelers checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We do not accept personal checks.

RATES & OCCUPANCY:

• Rates reflected herein DO NOT include the 6% PA state tax, local taxes, Pike County hotel tax (1.5%), or your self-determined gratuity.
• All rates are based upon double occupancy (unless otherwise specified). Single occupancy is 1.5 times the adult rate.
• Additional addult rate applies to a 3rd adult (older than 17) staying in the same room with two paid adults.

CHECK IN & OUT:

• In order to properly prepare for your arrival rooms are ready for occupancy at 4:00 PM. Check-out time is 11AM. There are outstanding facilities in our Fitness Center for your use, including lockers for early arrivals or should you desire to enjoy our facilities after check-out time.
